Terrorist murders 2, Palestinians blame Israel

Terrorist murders 2, Palestinians blame Israel.

Two Israelis working at an industrial park that was set up to provide jobs for both Israelis and Palestinians were shot and killed over the weekend.

Now Palestinian leaders are charging that it’s all Israel’s fault, even though the suspected shooter was a Palestinian terrorist, Ashraf Walid Suleiman Na’alowa, 23.

The Israeli watchdog group Palestinian Media Watch said that on the official Facebook page of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’ Fatah Movement, a Fatah official blamed Israel for the murders.

“Israel … is incapable of protecting anyone that steals the Palestinian land,” the leader said.

He declared that no Israeli is safe until the Palestinian people gain their “rights” to their “homeland.” Israel, he said, uses “terror and murder,” describing yesterday’s killing of two Israeli civilians as an “operation.”

“The fact that Fatah did not condemn the murder of the two Israelis is no surprise, because Fatah and the PA continue to glorify terrorist murderers as “heroes,” Palestinian Media Watch said.

Just four days before the murders, Fatah glorified another murderer of two as a “heroic Martyr.” Murderer Muhannad Halabi stabbed and killed two Israelis in the Old City of Jerusalem in 2015.

Breaking Israel News reported that the brother and sister of Na’alowa were detained as part of the investigation into the shootings of Kim Levengron Yehezkel, a 29-year-old secretary and mother of a baby, and Kiv Haibi, a 35-year-old accountant and father of three.

The report explained Na’alowa, who was employed by Alon Group as an electrician, “entered their offices in the Barkan Industrial Park near the city of Ariel around 7:30 a.m. with a Carlo-style submachine gun and handcuffed Kim Levengron Yehezkel, a 29-year-old secretary to the CEO and mother of an 18-month-old baby, using zip-ties.”

“Shooting her at close range and killing her, he turned to a second female in her 50s, who had entered to investigate strange noises in the office, and shot her in the stomach. She was moderately wounded and is expected to be released from Beilinson Hospital in the coming days.

“He then attacked Ziv Hajbi, a 35-year-old accountant for the company and father of three, fatally shooting him.”

PMW pointed out that Barkan Industrial Zone is “a place known as an example of coexistence where Palestinians and Israelis work together.”

It was set up in 1982 between the Palestinian city of Qalqilya and Israel’s Ariel. Thousands work there.

PMW also reported PA TV’s Israel Affairs expert Fayez Abbas “accused Israel of incitement for defining the murder as a Palestinian terror attack, asserting falsely, that there were doubts about the motive for the murder.”

“Of course the main headlines in the Israeli media [are] yesterday’s operation, the Barkan industrial zone factory operation, and responses. All of the responses are known of course; they incite in a despicable way. Until now the circumstances are not clear, but for Israel the most important thing is to make accusations of an operation under nationalist circumstances, knowing that according to how the operation was carried out there are doubts,” he wrote.

The report said that in the Gaza Strip, people “rejoiced over the murders and some gave out sweets to celebrate.”

“The terror organization Hamas called the murders ‘a heroic operation’ and a ‘natural response to the Israeli occupation’s crimes.’ The terror organization Islamic Jihad also justified the attack as ‘natural,’ and added that ‘the settlements are a legitimate target for people of the resistance,’” the report said.

BIN reported the suspect, hours before the attack, had posted on his Facebook page that he was “waiting for [Allah].” He also left a suicide letter with a friend three days ago.
